    2. When Do You Charge My Card or Bank Account?

    Your credit card or Bank Account is charged the moment you place an order. You may cancel your order any time before it ships, and a full refund will be issued.

    3. When Will I Receive My Order?

    Orders received prior to 1:00 p.m. will be processed that day. Orders received after one will be processed the next business day. Orders shipped from Vendor may have delays and will be noted on the product page.

    4. Can I Get Faster Shipping?

    We offer 1-day (Next business day) and 2-day (Next business day) service.  Orders must be received before 1 p.m. (Central Standard Time).  We request after placing your order for 1-day or 2-day shipping that you notify us as by email at Brownsland.Farm@bellsouth.net. Please place Next Day or Second Day shipping in the subject section.

    5. How Do You Ship?

     We utilize the U.S.P.S and UPS. Goods shipped direct from Vendor may arrive from another carrier. Some goods must be shipped by motor freight as listed on the item’s product page.

     

     

    6. Do I Get Routine Notifications of Shipping Status?

    When your order ships you will be sent a tracking number via email.  USPS and UPS may send you a tracking number as well if you utilize the apps.  (Check your spam folder as shipment notifications sometimes get treated as spam.)

     

    7. May I Request A Catalog?

    We do not offer hard copy catalogs as our goods we offer frequently change. We do email newsletters and special deals throughout the year.

     

    8. Do You Ship Outside of the Continental United States?

    Currently, we do not ship outside of the USA.

     

    9. Do You Charge Sales Tax?

    We currently only collect sales tax on orders shipped within the state of Kentucky.

    10. Are Items Made in The USA?

    We are always looking to offer Made in the USA goods. Items that are Made in the USA are noted on the products page.
